Biography
Rab Razzak is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, where he also serves as the Director of Outpatient Palliative Medicine and Hospitalist. After obtaining his medical degree from Bangladesh Medical College, he completed his internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Centre in Paterson, New Jersey. His research and clinical interests, which include outpatient palliative care delivery systems, medical education, self-care, and community engagement. Outside of the clinic, Rab has been actively involved in community and healthcare advocacy via Doctors for America, Global Human Services and UMMA Clinic in Los Angeles. He is also an amateur stand-up comic.
